摘 要:山西某矿8103采煤工作面回采期间粉尘产生量大、浓度高,不仅制约煤炭开采,而且还存在一定得安全隐患。结合现场条件,针对回采的8号煤层厚度大、原始含水率低等特点,在原有粉尘治理措施的基础上,提出综合采用煤层注水、放煤及移架喷雾、增设捕尘网等措施强化粉尘治理效果。注水后煤层含水率增至4%以上,可从根本上降低煤炭回采期间粉尘产生量,通过喷雾、增设捕尘网措施可减少粉尘外溢量,及时捕获风量中粉尘。现场应用后,采面粉尘产生量大、浓度高等问题得到有效解决。During the recovery period of the 8103 coal mining face in a certain mine in Shanxi,a large amount of dust is generated and the dust concentration is high.This not only restricts coal mining,but also poses certain safety hazards.Combined with the site conditions,in view of the characteristics of large thickness and low original water content of the No.8 coal seam,and based on the original dust control measures,it is proposed to comprehensively use coal seam water injection,coal drawing,frame shifting spray,adding dust net and other measures to strengthen the dust control effect.Affer water injection,the water content of the coal seam increases to over 4%,which can fundamentally reduce the amount of dust generated during coal mining.The measures of spray and adding dust net can reduce the dust overflow and capture the dust in the air volume in time.After on-site application,the problem of high production and concentration of dust in the mining face has been effectively solved.
