摘 要:牛山煤矿15103运输顺槽在施工期间受15102采空区影响,移变硐室围岩垮落严重,硐室内有害气体涌出量大。针对该问题,分析了原硐室支护工艺及主要存在的问题,并根据硐室现状对支护进行合理优化,提出了“安装柔性充填袋+注浆+柔模浇筑”等联合控制技术。通过现场实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后,控制了移变硐室围岩垮落、采空区气体涌出等现象,提高了硐室整体稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。During the construction period of the 15103 transportation channel in Niushan Coal Mine,it was affected by the 15102 goaf,resulting in severe collapse of the surrounding rock of the shifting chamber and a large amount of harmful gas emission inside the chamber.In response to this issue,the original tunnel support technology and its main problems were analyzed.Based on the current situation of the tunnel,reasonable optimization of the support was carried out,and joint control technologies such as"installing flexible flling bags+grouting+flexible mold pouring"were proposed.Based on the actual application results on site,the adoption of joint support technology controlled the collapse of the surrounding rock in the shifting tunnel and the gas outburst in the goaf,improving the overall stability of the tunnel.Significant application results have been achieved.
