烧结脱硝脱硫系统烟气管道的振动控制研究

摘  要:烟气管道振动会影响烧结脱硝脱硫系统的烧结质量与脱硝脱硫效果,需要采取有效的控制手段保障其运行稳定性。基于某钢厂烧结脱硝脱硫系统烟气管道的运行过程,分析了烟气管道振动的常见影响因素,对影响因素进行逐一排查后,发现此次烟气管道振动的主要影响因素为风机风量。增压风机风量难以消化总出风量,通过采用多种振动控制手段进行改造后,烟气管道振动完全消除。The vibration of the flue gas pipeline can affect the sintering quality and denitrification and desulfurization effect of the sintering denitrification and desulfurization system,and effective control measures need to be taken to ensure its operational stability.Based on the operation process of the flue gas pipeline in the sintering denitrification and desulfurization system of a certain steel plant,the common influencing factors of flue gas pipeline vibration were analyzed.After investigating the influencing factors one by one,it was found that the main influencing factor of the flue gas pipeline vibration was the fan air volume.The air volume of the booster fan is difficult to digest the total output air volume.After using various vibration control methods for renovation,the vibration of the flue gas pipeline is completely eliminated.
