摘　　要：金属线材、轧材在生产加工过程中,经常会出现表面质量问题,影响线材、轧材的美观性与使用价值,通常需要借助一定的技术手段进行预防。针对线材、轧材的表面缺陷进行分析,进一步总结缺陷出现的原因,并提出相应的优化措施,不断提高产品质量,提升企业的经济效益和竞争力。During the production and processing of metal wires and rolled materials,surface quality problems ofen occur,which affect the aesthetics and value of the wires and rolled materials.It is usually necessary to use certain technical means to prevent them.This paper analyzes the surface defects of wire and rolled materials,further summarizes the causes of defects,and proposes coresponding optimization measures to continuously improve product quality and enhance the economic benefits and competitiveness of the enterprise.
