摘　　要：“三个务必”是对我们党百年来历史经验、优良传统、精神品格等的高度凝练,是实现第二个百年奋斗目标的精神动力和思想保证,是党牢牢把握时代和人民赋予的使命任务的历史自觉,体现了我们党强烈的使命担当、忧患意识和斗争精神,阐释了中国共产党的性质宗旨、初心使命、精神状态、奋斗姿态,构成了一个相互作用、相互影响的统一整体,有着深刻的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑。“三个务必”是实践基础上重要的理论创新,历史唯物主义的群众观、认识论的实践观、辩证法的矛盾论是其深厚的哲学基础。“三个务必”不仅是对党员干部的政治动员和伟大号召,更是走好新时代“赶考”路的行动指南,对于把中国式现代化推向前进具有十分重要的实践意义。The"Three Musts"is the highly condensed historical experience,fine tradition and spiritual character of our Party in the past 100 years,is the spiritual motivation and ideological guarantee to achieve the goal of the second century,and is the historical consciousness of the Party to firmly grasp the mission and task entrusted by the times and the people.It embodies our Party's strong sense of mission,sense of danger and spirit of struggle,explains the Party's nature and purpose,original mission,state of mind and attitude of struggle,constituting a unified whole that every element interacts and influences each other,and has profound theoretical,historical and practical logic.The"Three Musts"is an important theoretical innovation on the basis of practice.The mass view of historical materialism,the practice view of epistemology and the contradiction theory of dialectics are its profound philosophical foundation.The"Three musts"is not only a political mobilization and great call for Party members and cadres,but also a guide to action on the road of"catching up"in the new era,which is of great practical significance for pushing forward Chinesestyle modernization.
