数字普惠金融对共同富裕的影响

摘　　要：基于2010—2021年福建省九设区市的面板数据,构建共同富裕综合评价指标体系,采用面板固定效应模型、中介效应模型和面板门限效应模型实证分析数字普惠金融对共同富裕的影响与作用机制。研究发现:数字普惠金融能显著促进共同富裕水平的提升,且主要通过产业结构高级化的中介效应发挥作用;数字普惠金融各维度对共同富裕的促进作用存在差异,覆盖广度和使用深度的影响较大,而数字化程度促进共同富裕的红利尚未充分释放;数字普惠金融促进共同富裕的效应因地区数字金融发展水平的不同而存在差异,其中,数字金融发展水平一般区域和较低区域的影响效应大于较高区域,且数字普惠金融发展水平越高,其对共同富裕的促进作用越小。据此,提出完善数字普惠金融体系、优化数字金融服务、实施差异化数字普惠金融政策等对策,以共享数字发展红利,实现共同富裕。Based on the panel data of nine cities in Fujian province from 2010 to 2021,this paper constructed comprehensive evaluation index system for common prosperity.Then,panel fixed effect model,mediating effect model and panel threshold effect model were used to empirically analyze the impact and mechanism of digital financial inclusion on common prosperity.The results show that digital financial inclusion significantly improves the level of common prosperity through the mediating effect of industrial structure upgrading.There are differences in the promotion effect of various dimensions of digital inclusive finance on common prosperity.The coverage breadth and depth of use have a greater impact,while the dividends of digital degree in promoting common prosperity have not been fully released.The effect of digital financial inclusion on promoting common prosperity varies according to the development level of digital finance in different regions.Impact effects are greater in regions with average and lower levels of digital financial development than in regions with higher levels of digital financial development.The higher the development level of digital financial inclusion in a region,the smaller the promotion effect of digital financial inclusion on common prosperity.
