延迟焦化装置掺炼脱油沥青的可行性分析

摘　　要：为解决中海沥青股份有限公司延迟焦化装置运行负荷较低的问题,对装置掺炼不同脱油沥青进行了可行性分析,并对焦化原料分别掺炼恒力石化炼化有限公司脱油沥青和中国海油宁波大榭石化公司脱油沥青后,原料热加工性能进行了评价。结果表明:随着脱油沥青掺炼比例的提高,原料的裂解难度增加,产物中气体和焦炭收率逐渐增加,液体收率逐渐减少,恒力脱油沥青掺炼比例控制在10%(质量分数,下同)以内,大榭脱油沥青掺炼比例控制在20%以内;通过采取增大炉管注汽量,升高炉出口温度等措施,可确保掺炼脱油沥青时,焦化炉具有较高的炉出口转化率和生焦反应给热量。In order to solve the problem of low operation load of delayed coking unit in China Offshore Bitumen Co Ltd,the feasibility of blending different deoiled asphalt in the unit was analyzed,and the hot-processing properties of coking raw materials blended with deoiled asphalt from Hengli Petrochemical Co Ltd,or Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd,CNOOC,were evaluated.The results showed that with the increase of the blending ratio of deoiled asphalt,the cracking difficulty of the feedstock increased,the yield of gas and coke in the product increased gradually,and the yield of liquid decreased gradually.The blending mass fraction of Hengli deoiled asphalt should be controlled within 10%,and the blending mass fraction of Daxie deoiled asphalt should be controlled within 20%.Measures such as increasing the steam injection rate of the tube and the outlet temperature of the coke oven could be implemented to ensure the higher outlet conversion rate and coke-generating reaction heat while blending deoiled asphalt.
