摘　　要：本文介绍了广东某酒厂废水站运行及调试过程中遇到的问题及解决方法,探讨了废水进水预处理、pH调整、水解酸化、UASB启动等运行参数及除磷方法,阐述了UASB的启动经验,验证了“进水预处理+水解酸化+UASB+两级AO+物化除磷处理工艺”的可行性,供同行参考。This paper introduces the problems encountered in the operation and commissioning of the wastewater station of a winery in Guangdong Province,and discusses the operation parameters of wastewater inlet pretreatment,pH adjustment,hydrolytic acidification,UASB start-up and phosphorus removal methods,and expounds the start-up experience of UASB.The feasibility of"influent pretreatment+hydrolytic acidification+UASB+two-stage AO+physicochemical treatment process"is verified,which is for reference of peers.
