摘　　要：垃圾焚烧锅炉、碱回收锅炉等设备通常配套蒸汽空气预热器,利用汽包抽汽、汽机抽汽加热一二次风。减少蒸汽的用量或者更少的消耗高参数蒸汽,可以提高机组的能效指标。空气预热器汽水系统通过采用多级闪蒸设计形式,逐步减小闪蒸汽的压力,实现分段换热,其中高参数蒸汽耗量只需占较小比例。此外汽机的低压抽汽由于压力很小,导致无法疏水回到除氧器。将疏水方向改至凝汽器,可以实现用低压蒸汽加热空气。Waste incineration boiler,alkali recovery boiler and other equipment is usually equipped with steam air preheater,the use of drum extraction steam,steam engine extraction steam heating primary and secondary air.The efficiency index of the unit can be improved by reducing the amount of steam or consuming less high parameter steam.The steam water system of air preheater adopts the multi-stage flash design form to gradually reduce the pressure of flash steam and realize the stage heat transfer,in which the high parameter steam consumption only takes a small proportion.In addition,the low pressure extraction steam of the steam engine can not drain water back to the deaerator because the pressure is very small.By redirecting the drain to the condenser,low pressure steam can be used to heat the air.
