摘  要:本文简要介绍了锅炉净化排放物的技术实践意义,结合G集体供热单位的锅炉净化管理,从去硫、去硝、净化烟尘各方面,阐述了技术实践情况,给出了技术优化方案,参照净化效果,进行技术效益分析,以期增强锅炉运行的环保性。G集体供热单位工艺改造后,硫、硝、烟尘各项排放数额,均处于“超低排放”范围,达到减排生产的技术要求。This paper briefly introduces the technical and practical significance of boiler purification emissions,combined with the boiler purification management of G collective heating unit,expounds the technical practice from the aspects of sulfur removal,nitrate removal and smoke purification,gives the technical optimization plan,and carries out the technical benefit analysis with reference to the purification effect,with a view to enhancing the environmental protection of boiler operation.After the process transformation of G collective heating unit,the amount of sulfur,nitrate and smoke and dust emissions are in the"ultra-low emission"range,meeting the technical requirements of emission reduction production.
