摘　　要：在超临界和超超临界锅炉中,高温段蛇形管部件中选用大量奥氏体不锈钢管,其局部热处理控制过程将影响材料性能,通过对几种常见材质的不锈钢进行局部固溶热处理,来检测其直段各温度区及弯头材料性能变化情况。In supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers,a large amount of austenitic stainless steel pipes are used in the high-temperature spiral tube components.The controlled local heat treatment process will ffect the material properties.By conducting local solution heat treatment on several common types of stainless steel,the changes in material properties in different temperature zones of the straight section and the elbow can be detected.
