摘  要:为了提高集箱找正的精准度和效率,通过对数控龙门钻床的激光检测装置和机械检测装置研究和应用,以带三通的集箱钻孔工序找正为例进行试验,结果表明,激光检测和机械检测方法在精准度和效率方面优于传统气泡水平仪,为后续集箱找正加工管孔提供实践依据和方法。In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of header alignment,based on the newly installed numerical control gantry drilling machine of our company,through the research and application of laser detection device and mechanical detection device,take the header drilling process alignment with three-way pipe as an example to carry out tests.The results show that the laser detection and mechanical detection methods are superior to the traditional bubble level in accuracy and efficiency,and the subsequent header alignment processing provides practical basis and methods.
