摘　　要：心力衰竭已成为严重威胁人类生命健康的全球性疾病,发病率及死亡率持续上升。机械循环辅助(MCS)可有效改善患者血流动力学状态,成为目前心力衰竭患者的有效治疗手段。但机械循环辅助装置(MCSD)的选择,合适的时机和运行管理仍是目前临床工作中的难点。本文主要介绍几种常见MCSD的原理、特点,并就其适应证、应用时机和运行管理等方面加以论述。Heart failure has become one of the major global diseases threatening human health.The prevalence and the mortality are still rising.Mechanical circulatory support has become an effective treatment for patients with advanced heart failure because it can correct the patient's hemodynamic disorders.However,the selection,the appropriate timing,and management of mechanical circulatory support devices are still the difficulties in clinical practice.This review will outline the application and management of mechanical circulatory support devices in patients with heart failure.
