摘 要:近年来,体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)和俯卧位通气作为重症呼吸衰竭治疗中的两种重要手段,被广泛应用于临床实践中。本文就ECMO联合俯卧位通气在治疗重症呼吸衰竭中的原理,在改善氧合、减少机械通气时间、降低肺损伤等方面的作用机制和临床效果进行综述,分析目前该领域存在的问题,对未来的研究方向提出展望。In recent years,both extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)and prone position ventilation have been widely used as important interventions in the treatment of severe respiratory failure.This article provides a comprehensive review of the principles behind the combination of ECMO and prone position ventilation in the treatment of severe respiratory failure,including their effects on oxygenation improvement,reduction in mechanical ventilation duration,and mitigation of lung injury.Additionally,the existing challenges in this field are analyzed,and future research directions are proposed.
