摘　　要：大型勘察设计企业的生产部门遍布全国,如何充分发动外地生产部门做好工程项目创优报奖工作,是许多大型勘察设计企业面临的管理问题之一。华汇依托PDCA循环管理理念,探索了企业工程项目创优管理,初步建立了相关管理机制和信息化管理系统,取得了一定的成绩。With production departments across the country,large survey and design enterprises are faced with how to fully mobilize production departments elsewhere to work well for excellence and awards for engineering projects in their management.Based on the management philosophy of the PDCA(plan,do,check,and act)cycle,Huahui Group has made certain achievements by exploring the management for excellence ofengineering projects,and preliminarily establishing a relevant management mechanism and an information-based management system.
