摘　　要：文章就建设工程设计项目中标后合同签约(风险防控权重比40%)、合同履约(风险防控权重比40%)和合同结算(风险防控权重比20%)三阶段涉及的法律风险提出合规管理要点,并提出对设计企业在上述阶段的管理要求。后续文章将围绕建设工程设计合同法律风险合规管理要点中合同履约、合同结算两阶段展开论述。After a construction engineering design project wins the bidding,there are certain legal risks present in three stages of contract conclusion(risk control weight ratio:40%),contract performance(risk control weight ratio:40%)and contract settlement(risk control weight ratio:20%).Specific to such risks,we propose not only the main points of corresponding compliance management,but also design corporation management requirements in the above stages.Subsequently,compliance management essentials in two phases of contract performance and settlement will be elaborated concerning the legal risks of construction engineering design contracts.
