康妇消炎栓联合多功能盆腔炎治疗仪治疗盆腔炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盆腔炎采用康妇消炎栓联合多功能盆腔炎治疗仪治疗的效果。方法选择70例盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组采用康妇消炎栓治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用多功能盆腔炎治疗仪治疗,比较两组治疗效果及疼痛程度。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎采用康妇消炎栓联合多功能盆腔炎治疗仪治疗效果较好,可有效减轻疼痛程度,改善盆腔的炎症状态,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository combined with multifunctional pelvic inflammatory therapy instrument in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 70 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository,and the study group was treated with multifunctional pelvic inflammatory therapy apparatus on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analog scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with multifunctional pelvic inflammatory apparatus is good,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain and improve the state of pelvic inflammation,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
