中药调经方联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者采取中药调经方联合来曲唑治疗的效果。方法选择120例PCOS不孕症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组采用来曲唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用中药调经方治疗,比较两组卵泡发育情况、性激素水平。结果治疗前,两组成熟卵泡数、排卵数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组成熟卵泡数、排卵数均高于治疗前,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组性激素水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组雌二醇(E_(2))水平均升高,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平高于对照组,黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PCOS不孕症患者采取中药调经方联合来曲唑治疗效果较好,能改善患者成熟卵泡和总卵泡数量,调节性激素水平,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Tiaojing prescription combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 120 patients with PCoS infertility were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the study group was treated with Chinese medicine Tiaojing prescription on the basis of the control group.The follicle development and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of mature follicles and ovulation between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of mature follicles and ovulation number of the two groups were higher than before treatment,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,estradiol(E_(2))levels were increased in both groups,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaojing prescription combined with letrozole can improve the number of mature follicles and total follicles and regulate the level of sex hormones in PCOS infertility patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
