中药穴位贴敷改善人工流产术前宫颈状态效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位贴敷改善人工流产术前宫颈状态的效果。方法选择400例行早期人工流产患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组200例。对照组采用术前2h舌下含服米索前列醇治疗,研究组采用术前4h中药穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组术前宫颈扩张效果、手术时间、不良反应。结果研究组宫颈扩张有效率为77%(154/200),对照组宫颈扩张有效率为88%(176/200),研究组宫颈扩张有效率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为0.5%(1/200),对照组不良反应发生率为3.0%(6/200),研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组平均手术时间为(3.73±0.12)min,对照组平均手术时间为(3.71±0.11)min,两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛人工流产手术患者术前应用中药穴位贴敷效果较好,可改善宫颈状态,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine on cervical status before induced abortion.Methods A total of 400 patients with early induced abortion were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,20o cases in each group.The control group was treated with sublingual misoprostol 2 hours before surgery,and the study group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application 4 hours before surgery.The preoperative cervical dilation effect,operation time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of cervical dilation was 77%(154/200)in the study group and 88%(176/200)in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.5%(1/200)in the study group and 3.0%(6/200)in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average operation time of the study group was(3.73±0.12)min,and that of the control group was(3.71±0.11)min,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on patients undergoing painless abortion surgery is good,which can improve cervical status and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
