临床路径护理在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径护理对子宫肌瘤患者护理满意度及健康知识掌握水平的影响。方法选取80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用临床路径护理,对照组采用常规住院护理模式,比较两组患者护理满意度及健康知识掌握水平。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组子宫肌瘤基础知识、治疗方法、术前准备事项、麻醉知识和注意事项、用药知识、自我护理方法、日常生活注意事项、伤口护理要点、疼痛护理知识、出院知识掌握率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者采用临床路径护理干预效果较好,可提高患者护理满意度与健康知识掌握水平,有利于患者术后恢复,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathway nursing on nursing satisfaction and health knowledge of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Clinical pathway nursing was used in the observation group,and routine inpatient nursing was used in the control group.Nursing satisfaction and health knowledge mastery were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The mastery rates of uterine fibroid basic knowledge,treatment methods,preoperative preparation,anesthesia knowledge and precautions,drug use knowledge,self-care methods,daily life precautions,wound nursing points,pain nursing knowledge and discharge knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroids has a good effect,which can improve patients'nursing satisfaction and health knowledge,and is conducive to patients'postoperative recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
