二甲双胍联合来曲唑在多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症患者治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕症患者行二甲双胍联合来曲唑治疗的效果。方法选取60例PCOS所致不孕症患者,根据随机分配法分为两组,对照组(30例)实施来曲唑治疗,观察组(30例)实施二甲双胍联合来曲唑治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及体质量指数(BMI)水平比对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后性激素水平改善比对照组更优(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组优势卵泡数量、排卵数量更多,卵泡生长时间更短,妊娠率87.67%比对照组的60.00%更高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PCOS所致不孕症患者实施二甲双胍联合来曲唑治疗的疗效确切,有利于患者性激素水平、糖代谢指标改善,可促进排卵,提升妊娠率,且较为安全,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with letrozole on infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 60 patients with infertility caused by PCOS were divided into two groups according to random allocation method:control group(30 cases)received letrozole treatment,observation group(30 cases)received metformin combined with letrozole treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The levels of fasting insulin(FINS),fasting blood glucose(FPG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and body mass index(BMI)in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The improvement of sex hormone level in observation group after treatment was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of dominant follicles and ovulation was more in the observation group,the follicle growth time was shorter,and the pregnancy rate was 87.67%higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of metformin combined with letrozole for infertility patients caused by Pcos is effective,conducive to the improvement of sex hormone levels and glucose metabolism indexes of patients,can promote ovulation and increase pregnancy rate,and is relatively safe,worthy of clinical promotion.
