炔诺酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗对更年期功血患者子宫内膜厚度、凝血指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析炔诺酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)患者的应用价值。方法选取60例更年期功血患者,根据随机数字表法分组,每组30例。对照组单用炔诺酮片治疗,研究组采用炔诺酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、复发率、治疗前后子宫内膜厚度及凝血指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度、凝血指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度、凝血指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔诺酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗更年期功血的疗效显著,具有安全性,且可有效改善患者的子宫内膜厚度、凝血指标,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the application value of norethisterone combined with guizhi fuling capsules in the treatment of menopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding(functional blood).Methods 60 menopausal patients with impaired blood were selected and divided into 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with norethisterone tablet alone,and the study group was treated with norethisterone combined with guizhi fuling capsules.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate,endometrial thickness and coagulation index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group(66.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness and coagulation index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in endometrial thickness and coagulation indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Norethinone combined with guizhi fuling capsules is effective and safe in the treatment of menopausal hemia,and can effectively improve endometrial thickness and coagulation index of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
