口服益生菌联合二甲双胍片对肥胖型PCOS患者代谢及体重的影响

摘　　要：目的探究口服益生菌联合二甲双胍片对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者代谢及体重的影响。方法选取60例肥胖型PCOS患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为三组,每组20例。二甲双胍组采用二甲双胍治疗,益生菌组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,联合用药组采用二甲双胍联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗。比较三组治疗效果。结果治疗后与益生菌组、二甲双胍组比较,联合用药组体重、体质量指数(BMI)、内脏脂肪指数更低,腰围更小,联合用药组甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平明显更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);益生菌组、二甲双胍组上述指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肥胖型PCOS患者予以益生菌联合二甲双胍片治疗效果理想。Objective To explore the effects of oral probiotics combined with metformin tablets on metabolism and body weight in obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 60 obese PCOS patients were selected and divided into three groups with 20 cases in each group according to random number table method.The metformin group was treated with metformin,the probiotic group was treated with bifidobacterium tetrad,and the combined drug group was treated with metformin combined with bifidobacterium tetrad.The therapeutic effect of the three groups was compared.Results A fter treatment,compared with probiotics group and metformin group,the body weight,body mass index(BMI),visceral fat index and waist circumference of the combined treatment group were lower,the levels of triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and fasting blood glucose(FBG) the combined treatment group were significantly lower,and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the above indexes between probiotic group and metformin group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of probiotics combined with metformin tablets in the treatment of obese PCOS patients is ideal.
