补血益母丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇对人工流产术后子宫复旧的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究补血益母丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇对人工流产术后子宫复旧的临床疗效。方法选取120例行人工流产术后患者,根据随机抽签法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。对照组患者采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗,研究组患者采用补血益母丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者阴道流血时间为(4.15±1.23)d,阴道流血量为(40.12±5.17)ml,对照组分别为(6.87±1.46)d、(58.46±6.93)ml,研究组患者的阴道流血时间短于对照组,阴道流血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的月经恢复率高于对照组,痛经发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组子宫三径之和小于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腹痛持续时间较对照组明显更短,且腹痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工流产术后患者治疗中,应用补血益母丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇,能够有效缩短阴道流血时间,提高月经恢复率,降低痛经发生率,有助于子宫复旧,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of buxue yimu pill combined with desogestrel on uterine involution after induced abortion.Methods 120 patients with induced abortion were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random drawing method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desogestrel,and the study group was treated with buxue yimu pill combined with desogestrel.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The vaginal bleeding time of the study group was(4.15±1.23)d,and the vaginal bleeding volume was(40.12±5.17)ml,and that of the control group was(6.87±1.46)d and(58.46±6.93)ml,respectively.The vaginal bleeding time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the vaginal bleeding volume was less than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of menstruation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of dysmenorrhea was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The sum of three diameters of uterus in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was significantly thicker than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of abdominal pain in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of abdominal pain was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Supplementing buxue yimu pill combined with desogestrel can effectively shorten the vaginal bleeding time of patients after artificial abortion,improve the recovery rate of menstruation,reduce the incidence of dysmenorrhea,and contribute to uterine repair,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
