不同剂量黄体酮在无排卵性月经失调治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究不同剂量黄体酮在无排卵性月经失调治疗中的应用效果。方法选取80例无排卵性月经失调患者,将其依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。两组均实施黄体酮治疗,对照组用药剂量为100mg,研究组用药剂量为300mg。对比两组临床效果、卵巢功能及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的85.00%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组子宫内膜厚度、阴道流血量评分及阴道流血时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率17.50%高于对照组的2.50%(P<0.05)。结论对无排卵性月经失调患者,在治疗过程中应用大剂量与小剂量黄体酮均具有临床效果,但是大剂量用药患者不良反应发生率较高。在治疗过程中,需要结合患者实际情况选择药物剂量,确保患者用药安全。Objective To explore the effect of different doses of progesterone in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorders.Methods 80 patients with anovulatory menstrual disorder were selected and divided into study group and control group with 40 cases each according to the method of number table.Both groups were treated with progesterone,the dose of the control group was 100 mg,and the dose of the study group was 300 mg.The clinical effect,ovarian function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the study group was higher than 85.00%in the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness,vaginal bleeding volume score and vaginal bleeding time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 17.50%higher than that in the control group(2.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Both large and small doses of progesterone have clinical effects on patients with anovulatory menstrual disorders,but the incidence of adverse reactions is higher in patients with large doses of progesterone.In the treatment process,it is necessary to select the drug dosage according to the actual situation of the patient to ensure the safe use of the patient.
