摘　　要：目的探究信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)护理模式联合镇痛陪伴管理对足月水囊引产的分娩影响。方法选取68名行足月水囊引产分娩的产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34名。对照组应用传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用IKAP护理模式联合镇痛陪伴管理。比较两组产妇产程时间、疼痛程度、自然分娩成功率、满意度及胎儿窒息率。结果观察组第一、二、三产程及总产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,自然分娩成功率97.06%、满意度94.12%均高于对照组的76.47%、70.59%(P<0.05)。两组新生儿窒息率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IKAP护理模式联合镇痛陪伴管理应用于足月水囊引产分娩中,可缩短分娩时间,改善产妇疼痛程度,自然分娩成功率高,新生儿窒息率低,应用效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice(IKAP)nursing model combined with analgesic accompanying management on the induction of labor by water sac.Methods 68 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nursing,and the observation group was treated with IKAP nursing mode combined with analgesia accompanying management on the basis of control group.The labor time,pain degree,success rate of natural delivery,satisfaction and rate of fetal asphyxia were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stages of labor and total labor time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the success rate of natural delivery was 97.06%,and the satisfaction rate was 94.12%,which were higher than 76.47%and 70.59%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neonatal asphyxia rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion IKAP nursing mode combined with analgesic accompanying management is applied to full-term water sac induced labor and delivery,which can shorten the labor time,improve the degree of maternal pain,high natural delivery rate and low neonatal asphyxia rate,and the application effect is remarkable.
