以时效性激励理论为指导的产时干预在自然分娩过程中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析对自然分娩产妇实施以时效性激励理论为指导的产时干预的效果和价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月的200名分娩产妇,均为自然分娩。其中2021年1~8月100名采用常规产时干预模式产妇设为参考组;2021年9月至2022年6月100名在对照组基础上采用以时效性激励理论为指导的产时干预产妇设为观察组。比较两组产妇产程时间、分娩疼痛和分娩结局。结果观察组各产程和总产程时间均短于参考组(P<0.05)。观察组产时疼痛评分为(4.05±0.84)分,低于参考组的(4.45±0.99)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组母婴不良结局发生率低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论以时效性激励理论为指导的产时干预能够促进自然分娩产妇分娩进程,减轻产妇产时疼痛,有利于获得理想的分娩结局,保障母婴安全性。Objective To study the effect and value of intrapartum intervention guided by time-effectiveness incentive theory for natural parturients.Methods 200 women giving birth between January 2021 and June 2022 were selected,all of whom gave birth naturally.From January to August 2021,100 pregnant women who adopted the routine intraday intervention mode were set as the reference group;From September 2021 to June 2022,100 pregnant women who were subjected to time-effective incentive theory guided intrapartum intervention on the basis of the control group were set as the observation group.Labor time,labor pain and labor outcome were compared between the two groups.Results All labor stages and total labor time in observation group were shorter than those in reference group(P<0.05).The intrapartum pain score of observation group was(4.05±0.84)points,which was lower than that of reference group(4.45±0.99)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in observation group was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intrapartum intervention guided by the time-effectiveness incentive theory can promote the process of labor,reduce the pain during labor,and help to obtain the ideal outcome of labor and ensure the safety of mother and child.
