基于超音速火焰喷涂的飞机燃油泵电机转轴修复技术研究

摘  要:某飞机离心式燃油泵电机转轴长时间与动密封配磨产生机械损伤,从而导致机上燃油泵油嘴漏油,影响飞行安全。为解决转轴的磨损问题,采用超音速火焰喷涂WC硬质合金涂层的方法对转轴进行增材修复。通过调整超音速火焰喷涂煤油流量在2Cr13基体表面喷涂了3种不同组织结构和力学性能的WC-12Co硬质合金涂层,研究了煤油流量对涂层孔隙率、显微硬度、断裂韧性、结合强度以及涂层磨损性能的影响规律。结果表明:在氧气流量不变的情况下增加煤油流量能够提升粒子的温度和速率,降低涂层的孔隙率,提升涂层的断裂韧性以及结合强度;涂层越致密,涂层的硬度越大,同时致密的结构可以减少WC粒子在摩擦过程中的剥落,涂层耐磨性好。通过试验获得了最佳的转轴修复工艺参数,修复后的转轴经过1000 h磨合试验后涂层无明显磨损和损伤,尺寸变化量不大于0.01 mm,产品性能符合技术要求。The motor rotating shaft of an aircraft centrifugal fuel pump is prone to mechanical damage after long-time friction with the dynamic seal,which would cause fuel to leak from the fuel pump nozzle and affect flight safety.In order to address the wear of the rotating shaft,an ad-ditive repair technology that involved spraying a WC carbide coating on its surface using HVOF was adopted.Three WC-12Co carbide coatings,each with different microstructures and mechanical properties,were prepared on the surface of 2Cr13 substrate by adjusting the kerosene flows in the HVOF process.The effect of kerosene flow on the porosity,microhardness,fracture toughness,adhesive strength and wear properties of the coatings was investigated.Results showed that with the oxygen flow kept constant,an increase in the kerosene flow rate led to increased par-ticle temperature and velocity,reduced porosity of the coating,and enhanced fracture toughness and adhesive strength of the coating.The den-ser the coating,the greater the hardness of the coating,and the dense structure could reduce the peeling of WC particles during friction,resul-ting in good wear resistance of the coating.The optimum processing parameters for rotating shaft repair were determined from these tests.After a run-in test of 1000 h,the repaired rotating shaft exhibited no significant wear or damage,with the size change being less than 0.01 mm,and the product performance was found to meet the technical requirements.
