涤痰复音汤联合针灸治疗脑梗死言语不利的效果及对语言功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析涤痰复音汤联合针灸治疗脑梗死言语不利的应用价值。方法选取2020年4月至2022年4月收治的80例脑梗死言语不利患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,常规治疗)和研究组(n=40,常规治疗+涤痰复音汤+针灸疗法)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的大脑皮质感觉运动区(SM1)、枕叶、颞叶、基底核区激活率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平、红细胞容积、血小板聚集率均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的语言功能得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论涤痰复音汤联合针灸治疗脑梗死言语不利效果确切,能激活患者的大脑语言功能区,降低言语不利严重程度,促进语言功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application value of Ditan Fuyin decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of speech impairment caused by cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with speech impairment caused by cerebral infarction admitted from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=40,routine treatment)and study group(n=40,routine treatment+Ditan Fuyin decoction+acupuncture and moxibustion therapy).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the activation rates of area one of sensorimotor cortex(SM1),occipital lobe,temporal lobe and basal ganglia in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,fibrinogen level,red blood cell volume and platelet aggregation rate of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the language function score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ditan Fuyin decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of speech impairment caused by cerebral infarction has definite curative effect,it can activate the patients'brain language function region,reduce the severity of speech impairment,and promote the recovery of language function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
