生物反馈治疗联合核心肌群训练对产后压力性尿失禁的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究生物反馈治疗联合核心肌群训练对产后压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法选取120例产后压力性尿失禁患者,根据随机抽签法分为两组,每组60例。对照组行生物反馈治疗干预,研究组在生物反馈治疗基础上开展核心肌群训练干预。对比两组临床疗效、临床指标及生活质量。结果研究组总有效率98.33%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。干预后研究组尿垫试验1h漏尿量、漏尿次数及总排尿次数均少于对照组,膀胱功能性容量多于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产后压力性尿失禁患者行生物反馈治疗联合核心肌群训练干预,可提高临床疗效,改善临床指标及生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback therapy combined with core muscle training on postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods 120 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence were divided into two groups according to random drawing method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received biofeedback treatment intervention,and the study group carried out core muscle training intervention based on biofeedback treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.33%higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the urine leakage volume,the number of urine leakage and the total number of urine voiding in the urine pad test at 1 h in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the bladder functional capacity was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback therapy combined with core muscle training intervention for postpartum stress urinary incontinence patients can improve clinical efficacy,clinical indicators and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
