摘　　要：正常排卵是女性受孕的基本条件之一,成熟卵子的排出是非常复杂的过程,依赖于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的反馈和调节,卵子发育及排卵任何环节异常,均不能实现正常排卵。目前排卵障碍是女性不孕症的主要原因之一,占女性不孕症的25%~30%。而雌激素作为女性荷尔蒙,对于卵子的成熟及排出具有重要的促进作用。基于此,本文将综述不同类型排卵障碍产生的病因、雌激素对于不同类型排卵障碍的治疗作用,并总结临床用药体会,包括雌-孕激素治疗方法的创新及对不同类型排卵障碍进行病例分享。以期为排卵障碍性不孕症的临床诊疗提供参考和依据。Normal ovulation is one of the basic conditions for female conception.The discharge of mature eggs is a very complex process,which depends on the feedback and regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis,and any abnormal egg development and ovulation cannot achieve normal ovulation.At present,ovuldisorder is one of the main causes of female infertility,accounting for about 25%~30%of female infertility.And estrogen,as a female hormone,plays an important role in promoting the maturation and discharge of eggs.In view of this review,this paper will review the causes of different types of ovulation disorders,the therapeutic effect of estrogen for different types of ovulation disorders,and summarize the clinical medication experience,including the innovation of estrogen-progesterone treatment methods and case sharing of different types of ovulation disorders.In order to provide reference and basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovulation disorder infertility.
