摘　　要：目的以临床腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术患者为例,了解环泊酚与小剂量右美托咪定复合麻醉的效果。方法择取本院收治的60例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,每组30例。对照组予以丙泊酚复合小剂量右美托咪定麻醉,观察组予以环泊酚复合小剂量右美托咪定麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果。结果相较对照组,观察组术后不同时间点疼痛评分更低(P<0.05);相较对照组,观察组不同时刻应激反应指标更佳(P<0.05);相较对照组,观察组不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者,为优化麻醉方案确保麻醉效果,在麻醉药物选择上,可予以患者环泊酚与小剂量右美托咪定复合麻醉,效果佳,术后疼痛不明显,并能够有效减轻术后应激反应,从而降低不良反应发生率,改善预后。Objective To study the clinical effect and value of combined anesthesia with cyclopofol and low dose dexmedetomidine in laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Methods 60 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was anesthetized with propofol combined with low-dose dexmedetomidine,and the observation group was anesthetized with cypofol combined with low-dose dexmedetomidine.The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the pain score of the observation group was lower at different time points after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the stress response indexes of the observation group were better at different times(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,in order to optimize the anesthesia program to ensure the anesthesia effect,the combination of cyclopofol and low-dose dexmedetomidine can be given to the patients in the selection of anesthesia drugs,which has a good effect,the postoperative pain is not obvious,and can effectively reduce the postoperative stress reaction,so as to avoid adverse reactions and affect the prognosis.
