摘　　要：目的探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者予以来曲唑结合复方玄驹胶囊治疗对排卵情况的改善效果。方法选取60例PCOS患者,根据随机分配法分组,每组30例。对照组实施来曲唑单药治疗,研究组实施来曲唑结合复方玄驹胶囊治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组患者治疗后孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比对照组更高,睾酮(T)水平比对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、卵泡最大直径比对照组更高,卵巢体积比对照组更小,卵泡数目比对照组更少(P<0.05)。研究组成熟卵泡发生率86.67%、妊娠率40.00%与排卵率93.33%均分别比对照组的63.33%、16.67%、70.00%更高(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑结合复方玄驹胶囊治疗PCOS患者疗效确切,有助于改善患者性激素水平,促进排卵,提升患者妊娠成功率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of letrozole combined with compound xuanju capsule on ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCos).Methods 60 patients with PCoS were selected and divided into 30 cases in each group according to random allocation method.The control group was treated with letrozole monotherapy,and the study group was treated with letrozole combined with compound xuanju capsule.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2))and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of testosterone(T)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and maximum diameter of follicles in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the ovarian volume was smaller and the number of follicles was less in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of mature follicles,pregnancy rate of 40.00%and ovulation rate of 93.33%in the study group were higher than 63.33%,16.67%and 70.00%in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Letrozole combined with compound Xuanju capsule is effective in the treatment of patients with PCOS,which can help to improve the level of sex hormones in patients,promote ovulation and enhance the success rate of pregnancy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
