坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通对围绝经期综合征患者血脂、疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探析围绝经期综合征患者应用坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗的临床效果。方法选取84例围绝经期综合征患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,各42例。两组患者均给予生活调整干预,对照组给予芬吗通治疗,研究组同时联合坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血脂指标及性激素水平。结果研究组总有效率97.62%高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。干预后研究组血脂指标、性激素水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征患者应用坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗效果良好,可调整血脂及性激素水平,更好地保障病情稳定控制。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with femoston in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 84 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given life adjustment intervention,the control group was given femostonn treatment,and the study group was combined with Kuntai capsule treatment.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid indexes and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.62% higher than that of the control group 78.57%(P<0.05).After intervention,blood lipid index and sex hormone level of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of perimenopausal syndrome patients with Kuntai capsule combined with femoston has a good effect on the treatment of disease,adjust blood lipid and sex hormone indexes,and better guarantee the stable control of disease.
