摘 要:目的分析缺铁性贫血孕产妇血清铁蛋白(SF)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)和平均红细胞体积(MCV)检验的临床价值。方法选取483例孕15~21周孕产妇,先于孕早期行血清SF检测,对血清SF<13ng/ml孕妇,开展血常规检测[血红蛋白(Hb)、MCH、MCV],分析血清SF、MCH、MCV检验价值。结果血清SF<13ng/ml有44例,缺铁性贫血发生率为9.11%。其中17~20岁2例(16.67%),21~30岁22例(7.07%),31~40岁20例(12.50%)。17~20岁、31~40岁年龄段血清SF降低率比21~30岁高(P<0.05)。44例血清SF<13ng/ml孕妇中,Hb含量降低(小于110g/L)者24例,占比为54.55%(24/44);MCV降低者6例,占比为13.64%(6/44);MCH降低者4例,占比为9.09%(4/44);SF、Hb、MCH均降低者4例,占比为9.09%(4/44);SF、Hb、MCV、MCH均降低者6例,占比为13.64%(6/44)。结论通过血清SF、MCH和MCV检测指标可作为缺铁性贫血孕产妇的重要指标,可提高诊断结果的准确率。Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum ferritin(SF),mean erythrocyte hemoglobin(MCH)and mean erythrocyte volume(MCV)in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia.Methods Serum SF detection was performed in 483 pregnant women with serum SF<13 ng/ml before the first trimester,and routine blood detection(Hb,MCH,MCV)was performed to analyze the value of serum SF,MCH,MCV detection.Results There were 44 cases with serum SF<13 ng/ml,and the incidence of iron deficiency anemia was 9.11%.Among them,2 cases(16.67%)were aged 17 to 20,22 cases(7.07%)were aged 21 to 30,and 20 cases(12.50%)were aged 31 to 40.The decrease rate of serum SF in 17~20 years old and 31~40 years old was higher than that in 21~30 years old(P<0.05).Among 44 pregnant women with serum SF<13 ng/ml,24 cases had decreased Hb content(less than 110 g/L),accounting for 54.55%(24/44).MCV decreased in 6 cases 13.64%(6/44).MCH decreased in 4 cases 9.09%(4/44).SF,Hb and MCH decreased in 4 cases,accounting for 9.09%(4/44).SF,Hb,MCV and MCH decreased in 6 cases,accounting for 13.64%(6/44).Conclusion Serum SE,MCH and MCV can be used as important indicators for pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia,and the accuracy of diagnosis can be improved.
