集束化护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析集束化护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制、不良妊娠结局及疾病知识掌握的临床作用。方法选取240例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用集束化护理。比较两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、不良妊娠结局发生情况及妊娠期糖尿病知识掌握评分。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,妊娠期糖尿病知识掌握评分(85.24±4.57)分高于对照组的(56.23±4.56)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者实施集束化护理,不仅能够良好控制血糖水平,还能减少不良妊娠结局发生率,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of cluster nursing on blood glucose control,adverse pregnancy outcomes and knowledge acquisition of gestational diabetes mellitus in patients with illness.Methods 240 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with 120 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received cluster nursing.Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,adverse pregnancy outcomes and gestational diabetes knowledge score were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that in the control group,and the knowledge mastery score of gestational diabetes mellitus(85.24±4.57)points was higher than that in the control group(56.23±4.56)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of cluster nursing for patients with gestational diabetes can not only control blood sugar level,but also reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which has clinical value.
