腹腔镜下全子宫+双侧附件切除术的手术护理配合及研讨

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜下全子宫+双侧附件切除术的手术护理配合要点和护理效果。方法选取56例接受腹腔镜下全子宫+双侧附件切除术治疗的患者,运用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组28例。对照组予以常规护理干预与健康宣教等,观察组在对照组基础上执行围术期护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(7.12±1.77)分、(10.42±1.08)分,均低于对照组的(15.78±2.45)分、(18.49±2.43)分(P<0.05);观察组护理后疾病知识、手术知识、注意事项、配合程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施腹腔镜下全子宫+双侧附件切除术治疗中,强化手术室护理配合,可提升治疗效果,改善患者的心理状态和提高认知度,值得临床运用。Objective To study the operative nursing coordination and nursing effect of laparoscopic total uterus plus bilateral adnexectomy.Methods 56 patients receiving laparoscopic total uterus plus bilateral adnexectomy were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and routine health education,and the observation group received perioperative nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing quality of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression after nursing in the observation group were(7.12±1.77)points and(10.42±1.08)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(15.78±2.45)points and(18.49±2.43)points(P<0.05).The scores of disease knowledge,surgical knowledge,precautions and cooperation degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of laparoscopic total uterus plus bilateral adnexectomy,intensive nursing cooperation in the operating room can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the psychological state and cognition of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
