摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻息肉合并过敏性鼻炎术后应用不同中效糖皮质激素的临床效果观察。方法 选取90例鼻息肉合并过敏性鼻炎手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组各45例。两组患者术后均使用中效糖皮质激素治疗,对照组使用泼尼松,观察组使用甲泼尼龙,对比两组患者的治疗效果、出血率,不同时间嗅觉功能评分、气道阻力。结果 两组患者治疗总有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者术后出血率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);手术后两组患者嗅觉功能评分与气道阻力明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对鼻息肉合并过敏性鼻炎患者术后应用泼尼松与甲泼尼龙均能够提升治疗效果,但应用甲泼尼龙能够降低患者术后出血发生率,促进鼻黏膜修复,提升患者嗅觉功能,降低气道阻力,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different medium acting glucocorticoids on nasal polyps with allergic rhinitis after operation.Methods 90 patients with nasal polyps combined with allergic rhinitis were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups of 45 patients in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with medium acting glucocorticoid after operation.The control group was treated with prednisone,and the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone.The therapeutic effect,bleeding rate,olfactory function score and airway resistance of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative bleeding rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of olfactory function and airway resistance in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both prednisone and methylprednisolone can improve the therapeutic effect in patients with nasal polyps and allergic rhinitis after surgery,but methylprednisolone can reduce the incidence of postoperative bleed-ing,promote the repair of nasal mucosa,improve the olfactory function of patients,and reduce airway resistance,which is wor-thy of clinical application and promotion.
