摘  要:DNA甲基化是在不改变DNA序列的前提下,改变遗传表现的一种常见的表观遗传学现象。随着DNA甲基化研究的深入,越来越多差异甲基化位点在多种疾病(如肿瘤、糖尿病、神经系统疾病等)中被发现。紫外线辐射是皮肤损伤和老化的重要环境因素,DNA甲基化参与了相关皮肤状态及疾病的发生发展。本文综述DNA甲基化在日光性皮炎、光化性角化病、皮肤肿瘤、红斑狼疮以及光老化等紫外线相关皮肤病的研究进展,为光源性皮肤病的后续研究提供新思路。DNA methylation is a common epigenetic phenomenon that changes genetic expression without altering the DNA sequence.With deepening research on DNA methylation,more and more variable positions of methylation have been identified in a variety of diseases(such as tumors,diabetes and neurological disorders).Ultraviolet(UV)radiation is an important environmental factor for skin damage and aging.DNA methylation is involved in the occurrence and development of UV radiation-related skin conditions and diseases.In this paper,we review the research progress of DNA methylation in UV radiation-related skin diseases,such as solar dermatitis,actinic keratosis,skin tumor,lupus erythematosus and photoaging,in order to provide new ideas for subsequent research in UV radiation-related skin diseases.
