摘  要:[目的]探索不同处理对粗齿梭罗树(Reevesia rotundifolia)扦插繁殖的影响,掌握其扦插繁殖方法。[方法]以粗齿梭罗树枝条作为试验材料,在春、秋2个生长季节开展不同生长调节剂、基质和生根粉泥浆等因子组合的扦插繁殖试验,统计发芽率及定植成活率。[结果]粗齿梭罗树秋季扦插均没有发芽,春季扦插发芽但成活率也不高;以200 mg/L萘乙酸溶液处理粗齿梭罗树扦插成活率较稳定,平均为27.34%,高于其他生长调节剂处理水平;而经5 g/L生根粉溶液浸泡过10 h蘸生根粉泥浆处理后,在椰糠+珍珠岩(体积比为3∶1)基质扦插可使得粗齿梭罗树扦插枝条的发芽率高达91.67%,成活率达50%,是目前粗齿梭罗树最优的扦插繁殖方案。[结论]该研究填补了粗齿梭罗树扦插繁殖的技术空白,为该树种后期的迁地保护、回归种植等奠定了良好的基础。[Objective]To explore the effects of different treatments on the cutting propagation of Reevesia rotundifolia and master its cutting propagation methods.[Method]Using the branches of R.rotundifolia as experimental materials,cutting propagation experiments were conducted in spring and autumn with different combinations of growth regulators,substrates,and rooting powder slurry.The germination rate and colonization survival rate were statistically analyzed.[Result]The autumn cuttings of R.rotundifolia did not sprout,and the spring cuttings sprouted but the survival rate was not high;The survival rate of R.rotundifolia cuttings treated with 200 mg/L naphthoic acid solution was relatively stable,with an average of 27.34%,which was higher than the level of other growth regulators;After soaking in a 5 g/L rooting powder solution for 10 hours and soaking in rooting powder slurry,cutting on a coconut bran+perlite(volume ratio of 3:1)substrate can achieve a germination rate of 91.67% and a survival rate of 50%for the cutting branches of R.rotundifolia,which is currently the optimal cutting propagation plan for R.rotundifolia.[Conclusion]This study fills the technical gap in the cutting propagation of R.rotundifolia,laying a good foundation for the later relocation protection and return planting of this species.
