摘　　要：针对耕作栽培类科技项目查新现状及遇到的主要问题,结合该类项目特点,提出作物耕作栽培类科技项目的查新点提炼方法,以引导科技人员充分认识科技查新,精准提炼查新点,提高项目创新水平,从而推进科技创新,加速成果转化。Aiming at the current situation and main problems encountered in the novelty search of farming and cultivation science and technology projects,combined with the characteristics of such projects,this paper put forward the method of refining the novelty search points of crop farming and cultivation science and technology projects,so as to guide the scientific and technological personnel to fully understand the novelty search of science and technology,accurately refine the novelty search points,improve the innovation level of the project,so as to promote the innovation of science and technology and accelerate the transformation of achievements.
