摘 要:为加快推进小漠港疏港铁路规划建设,进一步探索小漠港与疏港铁路之间合理的海铁联运模式,首先在对小漠港疏港铁路运量进行分析的基础上,验证疏港铁路建设的必要性;其次对海铁联运“港站分离”模式、“车船直取”模式、“水-堆场-铁”模式进行研究,从海铁联运效率、土地利用、数据信息交互、运营管理等方面对每个模式的优缺点进行分析,研究表明,“水-堆场-铁”海铁联运模式正线长9.833 km,桥隧比73.02%,工程投资约13.64亿元,经比较,该模式海铁联运效率高,运输组织简单,能够有效集约港区土地,故予以推荐。最后,从加强“软硬连通”建设,优化疏港铁路与港口作业流程等方面提出小漠港疏港铁路海铁联运发展对策,研究成果可指导疏港铁路建设。In order to accelerate the planning and construction of the Xiaomo Port Dredging Railway,and further explore a reasonable sea rail intermodal transportation mode between the Xiaomo Port and the Dredging Railway,on the basis of analyzing the traffic volume of Xiaomo Ports Dredging Railway,the necessity of dredging railway construction was verified firstly.The“port station separation”mode,“vehicle ship direct access”mode,and“water storage yard railway”mode of sea rail intermodal transportation were studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of each mode were analyzed from aspects such as sea rail intermodal transportation efficiency,land use,data information exchange and operation management.Research on the effects of sea rail intermodal transportation of Xiaomo Ports Dredging Railway was made in three modes.It is recommended that Xiaomo Port adopt the“water storage yard rail”sea rail intermodal transportation mode.The mode has a main line length of 9.833 km,a bridge tunnel ratio of 73.02%,and a project investment of approximately 1.364 billion yuan.The“water storage yard rail”model has high efficiency in sea rail intermodal transportation,simple transportation organization,and can effectively consolidate land in the port area.Finally,development strategies for Xiaomo Ports Dredging Railway sea rail intermodal transportation from strengthening the construction of“soft hard connectivity”were proposed and the optimized operation process of dredging railway and port was carried out.The research results can guide the construction of the Xiaomo Port Dredging Railway.
