2021年四川省国家基本公共卫生服务项目重点人群满意度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的掌握四川省重点人群对国家基本公共卫生服务项目的满意度现状,探讨影响因素,为进一步提升项目服务质量和效果提供依据。方法2021年5至11月,采用多阶段随机抽样和配额抽样相结合的方法,选取四川省21个县(市、区)的42个基层医疗卫生机构在管的2100名重点人群作为调查对象,通过问卷调查收集该人群人口学特征、2021年接受服务情况、满意度等信息。采用构成比、χ^(2)检验和多因素Logistic回归分析进行数据统计分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2021年四川省2100名重点人群对国家基本公共卫生服务项目的总体满意度为84.52%。单因素分析显示,不同人群分类、性别、年龄、地区的重点人群满意度差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。女性重点人群满意度高于男性;0~6岁儿童家长满意度最高,老年人满意度最低;19~44岁组重点人群满意度最高,65岁及以上组重点人群满意度最低;川南经济区重点人群满意度最高,川西北经济区重点人群满意度最低。多因素Logistic回归分析提示,慢性病患者、严重精神障碍患者、孕产妇、0~6岁儿童家长对项目的满意度分别为老年人的2.483~11.545倍。川东北经济区、成都经济区、攀西经济区、川南经济区重点人群对项目的满意度分别为川西北经济区重点人群的1.250~3.197倍。结论四川省国家基本公共卫生服务项目重点人群满意度有待进一步提升,尤其应关注不同人群和地区分类的重点人群满意度状况。Objective To master the satisfaction status of key population on national basic public health service projects in Sichuan Province,to explore the influencing factors and to provide basis for further improving the service quality and effect of the projects.Methods From May to November 2021,the combination of multi-stage random sampling and quota sampling method was used.2100 key crowd were selected as investigation object from 42 grassroots health institutions of 21 counties in Sichuan Province.Questionnaire survey was used to collect demographic characteristics,information of 2021 service and satisfaction of the crowd.Constituent ratio,Chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the data,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The overall satisfaction of the national basic public health service project among 2100 key population in Sichuan Province was 84.52%.Single factor analysis test showed that there were statistically significant differences in satisfaction among key groups of different population categories,gender,age and region(all P<0.001).The satisfaction of female key groups was higher than that of male.Parents of children aged 0-6 years had the highest satisfaction,while the elderly had the lowest satisfaction.The 19-44 years group had the highest satisfaction,and aged 65 years and above group had the lowest satisfaction.The satisfaction of key groups in the south of Sichuan economic zone was the highest,and the satisfaction of key groups in the northwest of Sichuan economic zone was the lowest.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated:the satisfaction of chronic disease patients,patients with severe mental disorders,pregnant women and parents of 0-6 years old children was 2.483-11.545 times than that of the elderly,respectively.The satisfaction of key population in Northeast Sichuan Economic Zone,Chengdu Economic Zone,Panxi Economic Zone and South Sichuan Economic Zone was 1.250-3.197 times than that in Northwest Sichuan Economic Zone,respecti
