摘  要:现行有效的国家标准GB 8368—2018对药液过滤器滤除率项目的详细试验方法只有显微计数法,其操作复杂、效率比较低,而其提到的微粒计数器法则无具体操作方法。本文对微粒计数器法的微粒特性进行探讨和研究,并通过显微计数法和微粒计数器法所得结果进行验证。结果表明:相对于显微计数法,微粒计数器法操作简单、结果准确,可大大提高工作效率。The current national standard GB 8368-2018 has the microscopic counting method as the only detailed test method of the liquid filtration rate of liquor filter,which has complex and inefficient operation,but the particle counter method mentioned in in this standard has no specific operation method.In this paper,the particle counter method is explored and studied,and the results are verified by the microscopic counting method.Results show that the particle counter method is simple and accurate,which can greatly improve work efficiency,compared with the microscopic counting method.
