摘 要:在沥青中掺加纤维可以有效改善沥青性能,提高沥青路面寿命。将玉米秸秆纤维、路用木质素纤维和建筑木质素纤维分别制成不同种类纤维改性沥青,对其进行软化点、针入度、延度一系列实验研究,对比不同种类不同掺量纤维对沥青的改性效果。同时采用偏光显微镜和扫描电镜对纤维及其改性沥青进行微观观察,对纤维与沥青之间的作用机理进行分析。研究证明,木质素纤维和玉米秸秆纤维均在一定程度上提升了沥青性能,玉米秸秆纤维提升效果最优,且最优纤维掺量均为3%,纤维骨架结构强度对沥青高温性能改性效果明显,对沥青低温影响微弱。Adding fiber to asphalt can effectively improve asphalt perfomr ance,improve asphalt pavement life.Corn stover fiber,road ilgnin fiber and construction lignin fiber were made of different kinds of fiber modified asphalt,its softening point,penetration,d uctility of a series of experimental studies,compared with different kinds of different dosage of fiber on the asphalt modification effect.At the same time using polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope ont he fiber and its modified asphalt into the field of microscopci observation,the fiber and asphalt between the role of the mechanism of analysis.The study proved that lignin fibers and corn stover fibers are in a certaindegree to enhance the performance of asphalt,corn stover fibers to enhance the effect of the best,and the optimal fiber dosage of 3%,the strength of the fiber structure of the fiber structureo f the asphalt high-temperature properties of the modificationo f the effect of the asphalt,the asphalt low-temperature effect of the weak.
