摘 要:文中将石屑分别取代C30混凝土中10%、20%、30%、40%、50%的机制砂进行试验,研究不同石屑掺量对混凝土工作性能及抗压强度的影响;利用不同MB值的机制砂与40%石屑混合试验,研究不同MB值对石屑混凝土黏聚性、保水性、1 h经时损失及抗压强度的影响。结果表明,一定掺量的优质石屑有助于混凝土早期强度增长,机制砂MB值的增大会使混凝土工作性能及抗压强度下降。In this paper,experiments were conducted to replace 10%,20%,30%,40%,and 50%of the machine-made sand in the C30 concrete mix proportion with stone chips.The effects of different amounts of stone chips on the workability and compressive strength of concrete were studied.And using mixed experiments of mechanism sand and 40%stone chips with different MB values,the effect osf different MB values on concrete cohesion,water retention,1-hour time loss,and compressive strength were studied;The research results indicate that a certain amount of high-quality stone chips helps to increaset he early strength of concrete,while an increase in the MB vaule of machinemade sand will lead to a decrease in the workability and compressive strength of concrete.
