铜尾渣对预应力孔道压浆料性能的影响研究

摘  要:文中利用铜尾渣取代部分水泥制备预应力孔道该压浆料,测试了该压浆料的流动度、压力泌水率、力学性能和24 h自由膨胀率。结果表明,压浆料的出机流动度、30 min流动度随着铜尾渣掺量增加逐渐下降,压力泌水率随着铜尾渣掺量的增加而增加。铜尾渣掺量为5%时,压浆料的力学性能和基准样差别不大。铜尾渣掺量大于5%时,压浆料的力学性能逐渐下降且下降幅度越来越大。掺入铜尾渣后,压浆料的24 h自由膨胀率出现先上升后下降又小幅增加的现象。The flow,pressure bleeding rate,mechanical properties and 24 h free expansion rate of prestressed slurry were tested by usnig copper tailings instead of cement.The results show that the folwability and 30 min flowability of the slurry press graduallyd ecrease with the increase of copper tailing slag content,and the pressure bleeding rate increases with the increase of copper tailing slag content.When the content of copper tailing slag is 5%,there is little differenec between the mechanical properties and the reference samplesW.hen the content of copper tailings is greater than 5%,the mechanical properties of the slurry are gradually decreased and the decreasing range is larger and larger.After the addition of copper tailings,the 24 h free expansion rate of the slurry increased first,then decreased and then increased slightly.
