摘　　要：文中试验研究采用异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯为单体,以巯基乙酸为链转移剂,酯酸醚比为3.8︰2.2︰1,巯基丙酸为聚醚单体质量的1.2%,合成温度60℃,采用氧化还原引发体系反应,合成具有长效保坍效果的混凝土保坍剂。研究表明,分子结构中具有的酰胺基、酰酐、酯类能在碱性条件下水解为羧酸亲水基团,随着水解反应进行,亲水基团不断对水泥颗粒进行吸附、分散,进而达到持续保坍效果。Study shows that the molecular structure has amide,acyl anhydride,esters can hydrolyze to carboxylic acid hydrophilic group under alkaline conditions,with the hydrolysis reaction,hydrophilic group of cement particles adsorption,dispersion,and achieve continuous slump effect using ethylene ethe(r TPEG),acrylic acid,hypyl acrylate as monomer,mercaptoacetic acida s the chain transfer agent,ester ether ratio according to 3.8︰2.2︰1,mercaptopropionic acid according to 1.2%of the mass of polyether monomer,the synthesis temperature of 60℃,oxidation reduction to cause system reaction,to synthesize a concrete slump agent with long-term slump preservation effect.
