摘  要:为解决现行回弹检测“测不准”的问题,文中采用标称能量为4.50 J的重型回弹仪对铝合金模板成型混凝土构件进行回弹测试,然后钻取芯样进行抗压强度测试,通过对不同强度等级、不同龄期的混凝土结构实体构件进行试验,收集回弹值和芯样抗压强度值数据进行回归分析,建立本地区铝合金模板成型的混凝土构件采用450型回弹仪回弹法检测测强曲线。In order to solve the problem of"uncertainty"in the currenst pringback testing standard,this study adopts a heavy-duty spirngback instrument with a nominal energy of 4.50 J to carry out springback testing on the concrete members formed by aluminum alloy formwork on site,and then conducts compressive strength testing by drilling core samples.Concrete structural solid members with different strength levels and different ages are tested.The data of rebound value and croe compressive strength were collected for regression analysis,and the strength curves of concrete members formed by aluminum alloy formwork in this area were tested by 450 type rebound instrument.
