温度作用下钢顶管顶进过程中钢管接头受力性状研究

摘  要:我国南北跨度较大,顶管法在施工过程中不得不面临温度控制问题,较多现场试验结果表明,管道的温度变化会对其本身和周围土体造成影响。文中对该问题利用AbaqusCAE有限元数值模拟软件进行模拟,得出钢顶管接头和周围土体在温度低的情况下膨胀幅度在水平方向大、竖直方向小,且在模拟的物理条件前提下,得到水平方向膨胀幅度约为竖直方向1.75倍的结论。Due to the large north-south span in China,the temperature porblem has to be controlled during the construction process of hte pipe jacking method.Many on-site test results have shown thatt he temperature change of the pipeline can have an impact on istelf and the surrounding soil.This problem was simulated using AbaqusCAE fniite element numerical simulation software.The simulation results showed that the expansion amplitude of the steel top pipe joint and the surrounding soil was large in the horizontal direction and small in the vertical direction under low temperature conditions.Moreover,under the simulated physical conditions,it was concluded that the expansion amplitude in the horizontal direction was about 1.75 times that in the vertical direction.
